Shipping & Delivery Policy

Hard Copy Products

Thank you for shopping with SHAKVAULT DIGITALS LLC!

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During launches, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • Delivery times are estimated by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

  • SHAKVAULT DIGITALS LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, holidays, or other carrier-related issues.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • We are not responsible for packages delivered to the address entered by the customer.

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for paying the applicable reshipping fee before the order is shipped again.

  • If the package cannot be recovered from the carrier, a replacement or refund is not guaranteed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, SHAKVAULT DIGITALS LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly or file a claim if necessary.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the educational nature of our products, all hard copy sales are final.

Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:

  • You received the wrong item, or

  • Your order arrived damaged, and you contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging.


Digital Product Policy

All digital products—including but not limited to eBooks, guides, templates, video trainings, courses, downloads, PDFs, and digital resources—are delivered electronically.

Delivery

Digital products are delivered immediately or shortly after purchase via email or through your customer account.

Refund Policy

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital product sales are final.

No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for:

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to download the product

  • Failure to read the product description

  • Change of mind

  • Lack of use

  • Failure to complete the course or training

Chargebacks

By purchasing a digital product, you acknowledge that you are receiving immediate access to digital content.

Customers who initiate fraudulent or unwarranted chargebacks after receiving access to digital products may have their access revoked and may be permanently prohibited from making future purchases from SHAKVAULT DIGITALS LLC.
